CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations or reschedules require 48 hours’ notice. Any changes made within 48 hours incur a 50% fee, and same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service total. A valid card is required to book, and any declined fees must be paid before rebooking. Arriving 10 minutes late or more may require modifying or rescheduling your service, and the full service price still applies. Only the guest receiving the service may attend the appointment unless previously approved. These policies ensure fairness, protect studio time, and maintain a smooth experience for all guests.
